Rowan's Home
Rowan and her parents live on a piece of property that has been in the family for generations. Previously, the property belonged to Stanley and Kathryn Tillman, William's parents. The Tillmans were in the process of building a home on the property when the race riot took place in Tulsa in the 1920s. Though it was Kathryn's money paying for the home, Stanley had taken over Kathryn's finances and the home had become a mansion compared to other homes of the time and place. By the time Rowan lives there with her parents, the house is part of an established upper class neighborhood. Rowan's parents are in the midst of a renovation project to restore a guest house when workers find a skeleton that is later identified as Vernon Fish.
