Chapters 10-11 Summary

Menolly sits down with the Masterharper, Sebell, and Lord Holder Groghe to discuss all she knows about fire lizards. After a time, musicians begin putting on shows on a stage near where they are sitting. Menolly is encouraged to sing first a sea hold song and then her song about the fire lizards, which she does, shocked by the overwhelmingly positive response she receives. Menolly then finds herself dancing with many of the young men from Harpers Craft Hall, as well as a few of the Masters. The next morning, after feeding her fire lizards, Menolly is asked by Master Domick to make copies of her fire lizard song for him to use in his classes.
