Part 4, Chapter 28 Summary

Claire finds Fergus and another boy fighting and breaks them up. She doesn't break them up in time to save Fergus's clothing though. His pants are ripped and Claire sees a red mark on his buttock. She moves in to investigate and Fergus pulls away. She grabs his arm to keep him from running away and notices it's a burn. She asks him about it and he tells her it's a burn from a man's ring.

The story comes out that it was the night Jamie went to the brothel to pay the bill for the warehouse man. Randall had taken Fergus into a room and proceeded to have sex with him.
