R.J. Decker
R.J. Decker was once a professional photographer who found the world of fashion boring. Decker took a job with a newspaper only to become burned out. After serving a short term in prison for assault, Decker became a private detective. Taking pictures in insurance fraud cases pays the bills and does not require Decker to see the world through the view finder of his camera any longer; however, it does not pay as well as photographing models. Therefore, when Decker is offered a job investigating cheating in bass fishing competitions, he jumps at the chance despite the fact he knows very little about fishing.
Decker begins his investigation by reaching out to an old colleague from his newspaper days. This man tells Decker about a cheap fishing guide who lives out in the woods. Decker visits the guide, an eccentric named Skink, and convinces him...
