Summary
In Chapter 15, Nap pays a visit to Suzanne Hanson. He at first encourages her to complain about Hank. After it is clear she hates Hank, Nap turns on her and gets her to admit that she made the viral video. She also admits that Hank never exposed himself to her daughter. Suzanne tells Nap that she did what she thought she had to do in order to protect the children.
After Nap left the Hanson’s house he remembers Maura and her mother had lived in that same neighborhood. He remembers breaking into her house to look for some clues about where Maura had gone. He also looked for his varsity jacket but could not find it. Nap walks to the train tracks, wanting to experience what Leo did the night he died. He wonders what Leo was thinking and why he acted...
