Summary
In Chapter 6, after they watch the security footage from the rental car business, Nap suggested the man was faking his limp and was wearing a disguise. Reynolds asks Nap if he has a theory about the murder. Nap asks her if she believes in hunches and intuition, and she replies she does not. Nap tells her that Leo and his girlfriend had been hit by a train and killed instantly. They had both drugs and alcohol in their systems and their deaths were ruled an accident. Maura had disappeared a few days later. Her mother said she had gone to a boarding school. He admits that he does not know where Maura was the night that Leo died. Reynolds realizes that is why Leo wants to find Maura so badly.
In Chapter 7, when Nap arrives back in Westbrook he stops by the hospital...
