The Growing Problems with Sexual Harassment Lawsuits

The problems of sexual harassment lawsuits being used a weapon are growing. Louise identifies for Garvin some of the problems. The accused often never recovers from the accusation even if he is found not guilty and the facts of the situation are often never clear. However, she supports her belief that the situation will eventually even itself out. Louise and Garvin meet privately after Sanders’ case has resolved itself for Louise to discuss with Garvin that he needed to bring his ideas current with the 21st century in regard to harassment. She stresses to him that harassing behavior is not acceptable any longer but that she believes once women account for half of the high powered executives in business that the struggle for power will even itself out.
