Chapters 18-19 Summary

In chapter 18, the police find the car that Lamar's gang used to escape the robbery and this leads them to the discovery of a tire print that could belong to a car that is traceable to Lamar's hide out. C.D. orders a cast be made of the tire print but has trouble getting anyone to fly in the foul weather. C.D. knows this is important, so he calls in a favor to get the forensic crew to him as quickly as possible. A short time later, Bud gets a call from his colonel requesting that he help with the search for the vehicle that belongs to the tire print.
