Summary

“Bad Priest” is a story centered around the perspective of Father Mickey, a priest who is having an affair with a girl named Rebekah. Mickey Minty grew up under his mother’s suffocating parenting. She was a devout Catholic who wished for her son to be a pastor. He agreed, but only because it was a simple life.

Although his role as a priest required him to listen to strangers’ problems, Mickey despised listening to others’ sins. The parishioners had faith that he would be able to guide them and that there was something greater than their own lives, but Mickey Minty had very little faith and extravagantly lied until he became fearful for his own soul.
