Summary

At the start of part three, “Drink Me”, Plum reflected on her time as a Baptist. Reading Verena’s book convinced Plum that dieting was pointless and strengthened her resolve to have weight loss surgery. Plum was summoned to the Austen media offices to fill in some paperwork. Plum had been ignoring Kitty’s emails ever since beginning to read Verena’s book.

At Austen media, Plum was instructed to go to a room in the basement, where she was greeted by Julia Cole: the manager of the beauty closet. Inside were thousands of varieties of make-up.
