Summary

Chapter 11 is titled “Hide-and-Seek.” The chapter opens with a picture of Dewey on his back beside an office chair. Vicki had a degree in psychology but found it was difficult to break into the field. She took a job as a secretary but hated it. Her sister told her about the opening at the library in Spencer.
