Chapters 10 and 11 Summary

In Chapter 10, Buck and Chaim are taken to a conference room with Carphathia, Moon and Fortunato. Carpathia finally agrees to concede with Chaim. As the two leave, Carpathia warns Buck that his days are numbered. Meanwhile in Chicago, Chloe uses the telescope to search attempt to find and identify a light that she had seen across the city several days ago. Back in Jerusalem, Buck and Chaim plan to head to the Mount of Olives, then on to Masada to check out the crowd. Chaim knows that Carpathia will not keep his promise to let the people flee without pursuing them and is curious to see what sort of punishment God has in store for the non-believers. Meanwhile, Rayford phones Tsion to express his concern for the people and their safety in the dangerous situation in which they have been placed...
