The San Marino

The San Marino is cargo ship on which Arta Casilighio, Sal Casio's daughter, takes passage after robbing the bank where she worked. Arta and the crew of the San Marino are thrown overboard when Lee Tong's people steal the ship and later transform it illegally into the Pilottown.

The Pilottown

The Pilottown is a ship that Dirk Pitt finds marooned on Augustine Island in Alaska. The Pilottown was used by Min Koryo and Lee Tong to transport a stolen nerve agent and then abandoned when the perspective buyers backed out. Pitt is assigned the task of finding the ship because the chemical is leaking into the ocean causing many deaths among sailors and sea life.
