Part Three, The Leonid Andreyev, Chapters 45-52 Summary

On Loren's first night on the Leonid Andreyev she sees a helicopter drop off two members of Congress, Senator Larimer and Congressman Moran. At dinner, no one seems to know anything about the Congressmen, leaving Loren curious about the situation. Loren calls her assistant in Washington and asks her to establish the location of Moran. Loren's assistant calls back and tells Loren that Moran and Larimer are supposed to fishing together but the assistant cannot find proof of the story. Loren begins to tell her to call Dirk Pitt, but the call is cutoff and Loren is escorted away by the first officer.
