Part Two, The Eagle, Chapters 20-24 Summary
Lugovoy was transported to the labs provided by the Bougainvilles with a blindfold on so he does not know where he is. However, a KGB agent somehow managed to be transported as well, mistaken as a part of Lugovoy's staff. The agent makes himself known to Lugovoy and asks what Lugovoy plans to do to the President. Lugovoy explains that he will place a computer chip in the President's brain in order to influence the President's thought processes. Lugovoy will also inject his brain stem with RNA taken from a subject who has been brainwashed to believe in specific policies that the Russians want the American President to implement in his country. It is all a form of brainwashing Lugovoy hopes to use to influence American politics. At the same time in Russia...
