Jack heads for Air Force One. It has been twelve years since his last contact with a life he thought he had left behind. Lisa offers Jack a cup of tea, suggesting he try to get some sleep, but he wants to know how the tests on the gold pan out. Charlie Mollier is below with geologist Kendall McMillan, the accountant for Chase Manhattan Bank. He tells Charlie the gold Jack brought up is riddled with impurities, and is not worth what they'd hoped. Charlie is angry and looks for Jack but Lisa tells them to leave Jack alone or else. In his cabin, Jack falls into a Halcyon-induced sleep and dreams of Jennifer. Three hours pass before he wakes. They are at the rendezvous point and he is surprised by the degree...
