Chapters 131-133 Summary
Senator Sexton is holding a press conference. No one knows yet what it is about, but he has the media kits and plans to break the news about the falsified meteorite. Rachel appears from a helicopter and takes her father aside to beg him not to do the press conference, to let the White House admit their own wrong-doing. Sexton refuses. Meanwhile, at the podium, a woman with an ABC press pass knocks over the envelopes and begins picking them up. Sexton rushes over to help her and immediately hands the envelopes out to the crowd.
Sexton tells the waiting crowd that the contents of the envelope need no explanation, and he waits while everyone opens them. As they do, they are in shock and ask Sexton if everything inside is authentic and not touched up. Sexton attests to the validity...
