42 Summary
Ben doesn't want to call the police, who have threatened him because of Debbie. Ben tells Camelia she has to trust him. He reveals the scar on his forearm is from attempting to rescue Julie, and says it is a physical reminder of his failure. It was also the first real incident he had leading him to believe he had the gift of psychometry. Camelia's parents arrive home a moment later, Ben introduces himself as Camelia's lab partner, and then quickly leaves.

Despite all of the evidence to the contrary, Ben tells Camelia she has to trust him because her life depends upon it.
