Chapter 13 and Chapter 14 Summary

Blake drives around the countryside, uncertain of what to do next. He tries writing down ideas on the back of a parking ticket, but nothing comes. In the afternoon, he goes to Hoppers and has a beer. When Rachel asks why he is there so early, he says it is to see her.
