Sock Monkey

The sock monkey is a symbol of comfort and hope. This doll is a toy that Lucy apparently took with her when she and her mother were taken from their home by Hurley. The doll was left behind when Hurley abandoned Samantha’s car. It becomes a symbol of hope when Parnell discovers the monkey and uses it so Clyde can get Lucy’s scent. Parnell hopes that Clyde will be able to track Lucy.
