Summary

In Chapter 28, Parnell visited Delia. She threatened to close Delia’s bar based on code violations if she did not let Parnell know where she was hiding Zolner. Delia made a call to Zolner and then told Parnell that he was in the back room.

In Chapter 29, Parnell took a bottle of Rebel Yell bourbon with her to get Zolner to talk. She told him that if he would testify, and the FBI got Hiram that they could make his troubles go away.
