Summary

In Chapter 16, Olivia and Manfred arrive at Fiji’s as another woman is leaving. Manfred comments that she looks happy and confirms to Fiji that the man she saw outside of Manfred’s place was Lewis. When Manfred tells her that he would like to see whether she can help him, Fiji is glad that someone takes her seriously. Manfred says that he does as he has seen what she can do. Fiji sums up the problem with finding the jewelry in the library and also adds that Olivia’s enemies are looking for her. At first Olivia looks surprised, but then recovers her composure.
