Ana Dakkar

Ana is the prefect of House Dolphin of the Harding-Pencroft Academy and a member of the freshman class. Her brother is Dev, and her parents were Tarun and Sita Dakkar. She is a direct descendant of Prince Dakkar who is better known as Captain Nemo. Ana is a strong teenager who is thrust into a role of leader because of her connection to Nemo. What she discovers is that she is actually a good leader. She is able to use the strengths of the individuals to accomplish their common goals, and the other students respect her for her ability. Interestingly, Ana does not feel she is a good leader. She often worries that she is not making the right decision, and she is very aware of the heavy responsibility she carries. She wonders if part of being a good leader is constantly hiding her insecurities and doubts...
