Chapter 12 Summary

As Father Dominic drives Suze to the newspaper office, he lectures her on how he can't perform an exorcism on her. Cee Cee Wells is interning at the paper for the summer. Suze finds her inside and tells her the whole story about the skeleton in her backyard and the history of Jesse, Maria and Felix. Suze tells Cee Cee she has to run the story tomorrow, but Cee Cee says the paper will want to wait until they have an official statement from the coroner. Suze leaves and tells Father D that she's going to stay and help Cee Cee write the story. When he leaves, Suze sneaks out of the back of the building and heads toward the resort where she works.
