Summary

In "Kids Who Come Back," Mechi worked "at the Chacabuco Park Development and Participation Center" (119). Mechi's job was to "maintain and update the archive of lost and disappeared children in . . . Buenos Aires" (120). She worked alone, which she did not mind. As she worked on the archives, Mechi noticed that few children “ever reappeared" (121).
