Chapter 10 - A film called "Girls Just Want to Have Fun" is produced with Sarah Jessica Parker, about girls who enter a dance competition. Cyndi hates it, and then goes to act in a movie called "Vibes". Jeff Goldblum and Peter Falk clash with Cyndi, and she describes the experience as not fun. While filming, Cyndi gets her cat, Nick, and contracts endometriosis again. Cyndi writes a song called "Unconditional Love" for the movie. The film is panned by critics, and many say Cyndi Lauper's career will never recover. The "True Colors" album comes out, and only sells three million copies, which makes the studio executives unhappy.
