Summary
Weston comes stumbling in, clearly drunk. Emma starts to leave, uncomfortable, but Weston tells her to sit down and asks Wesley what he is building. Wesley tells him he’s building a new door and then has to explain to his father Weston himself was the one who tore down the old one. Weston immediately changes the subject to the laundry that has not been done yet, and he demands to know where Ella is. Wesley refuses to answer, but Emma admits her mother is off with her lawyer.
Weston complains about the smell of the cooking artichokes, the fact Ella left in his car, and the laundry has not been done, and when Emma offers to do it, he tells her it is her mother’s job and it will wait for her to get back. The conversation then turns to what would happen...
