Pages 125-152 Summary

Joe drives down to Gary's in his station wagon. Joe sees blood on the porch and the broken screen door. Joe enters the house cautiously and sees a shape in the hallway immediately. Joe realizes that it is Gary. Joe's first thought is his missed trip. Eventually, however, Joe realizes that it must have been Cujo. Joe goes into the kitchen to call for help, unaware that Cujo has been sleeping in the cellar. Cujo kills Joe.
