Pgs. 815 - 859 Summary

Randy has Attorney Alejandro send Chester a note requesting him to send information on zeta functions. He also sends a note to Avi to find out if Wing is a client of The Crypt. There is nothing he can do with the code until the information on the zeta-functions arrives. He and Enoch Root talk only around meal times, and Randy learns that Root thinks the Japanese stole the gold to use it for backing a future currency for a Greater East Asia. They talk about how they would spend a kiloton of gold. Avi comes to visit and tells him that Wing is a Crypt client. Kepler also visits Randy and says he had nothing to do with Randy's arrest. They talk about who might have framed him. After Kepler departs, an emissary from Chester arrives. Randy reads the documents...
