Summary

Jane Melman and Dr. Ingram arrive at Eric’s limousine at about the same time. Ingram performs a rectal exam on Eric while Jane and Eric discuss the aberration of the rising yen. Eric and Jane agree that the value of the yen will fall at some point. During the rectal exam, Eric looks directly into Jane’s face and begins to make declarations about her personality. Jane has just come from a jog, and she is carrying a water bottle. Eric says that Jane’s natural state is as a fleshy, corpulent woman, and that she jogs to distance herself from her true nature. Eric and Jane begin to feel a vague but profound sexual attraction to one another. The sexual attraction is fueled by their physical distance, and they both reach orgasm simply though conversation.
