Adriana:
Adriana is the wife of Antipholus of Ephesus. Her husband has spent a good deal of time away from home with his business dealings and in overseeing the making of a ring intended for her. It seems that their marriage is relatively new, and she is concerned that her husband already finds her uninteresting or unattractive. Luciana, her sister, advises her to make herself more attractive by being more gentle and tolerant of her husband's behavior. Adriana fears that his affections are being given to someone else.
