Summary

In Chapter 24, Millie bought flowers and cards for Kennedy and Peyton and visited the hospital. However, when she arrived and overheard Peyton talking to her parents in her room, she backed out. In the elevator, she ran into Joanie and asked her to give Peyton the flowers and card. Joanie offered to pray for her. While she prayed, Millie imagined making fun of her with Colette and Ryland. Then she felt guilty.

Millie visited Kennedy. Kennedy was apologetic for what happened. Then she asked if Agatha had been there the night before. Millie dodged the question. Kennedy felt silly, unsure if she had hallucinated Agatha because she admired her so much. Afterwards, Millie called her mother.
