Summary
At Pauline's house, Pauline tells Aidan she is sorry about his mom. He thanks her, and quickly changes the subject, asking her about her relationship with Declan. She tells Aidan that Declan is her friend who is always driving her places, and that he never listens to her. She says that Declan said he was unsure of whether Aidan was gay or straight, and Aidan remarks that they do not talk about those kinds of things. Aidan tells Pauline he does not know anything about her, either, and she asks him what he wants to know. He asks her what brings her to town, and she is surprised that is the question he asks.
