Erin writes on her blog about the things that are burning her out. One of them is how Jilly talks too much and is always talking about herself. Erin says she wants to be more confident like Jilly, but at the same time Erin says she just wants to be herself. Erin is also planning ways to run into Mark more, but to keep Mark and Jilly separate.
Erin implements her plan to target Mark's actions and shield Jilly from Mark and vice versa. Mark comes up to Erin in the hall with some of his friends and challenges her to a basketball game at the YMCA, which is a poster he keeps pointing out to Erin.
