Summary
On Halloween night, Peetsa and her son Zach come over to the Dixon house: Jen and Peetsa stay back to pass out candy while Ron, Max, and Zach go trick-or-treating. Jen insists on actually seeing a "trick" from those trick-or-treaters who do come to her door, many of whom are annoyed by it. Don happens to come by with his daughter Lulu, and Jen again acts nervous and dorky.
In Mid-November, Jen sends out an all-class email about an ice cream sundae party that the class will have right before Thanksgiving. (This is in accordance with Miss Ward's wishes to not simply celebrate a holiday because corporations insist on it.) It is finally time for the Parent-Teacher Conferences, and when Ron and Jen go together, Miss Ward is again short and curt to the point of being rude, even though Max is entirely...
