Summary

Jace continues to follow Sebastian’s path, but loses him in a valley. A raven appears that Jace knows belongs to Valentine, so he decides to follow it instead. Jace follows the raven to a set of caves. In the caves, Jace happens upon an open space where he witnesses a conversation between Valentine and Sebastian. When Valentine leaves, Sebastian confronts Jace.

The Hall of Accords is in chaos as they prepare for battle. It has been decided they will fight using Clary’s rune. Clary uses the rune on her mother and Luke to show everyone how it works and that it is safe. This seems to set most everyone’s mind at ease.
