Summary

Clary speaks with Simon about her planned trip to Idris with the Lightwoods and Jace. Simon is concerned for Clary, but he is supportive of her desire to find Ragnor Fell, the magician whom Clary has been told has the information to bring her mother out of her self-induced coma. Clary has been told she is the only one Ragnor Fell will give this information to; therefore, she feels it is important that she go. However, Jace does not want Clary to go because he fears that it might be dangerous. For this reason, he calls Simon to his home and asks him to convince Clary that staying behind is the right thing.
