Love

Love is an important theme in the novel “City of Fallen Angels” by Cassandra Clare. The form of love dealt with in the novel is principally romantic, and affects various characters in different ways, with each character in turn affecting the plot of the novel and the series.

The greatest representation of romantic love in the novel occurs between Clary and Jace. It is clear the two are in love with each other, despite Jace doing his best to keep Clary away from him.
