June 30, 2005 Summary
Jessica writes a letter to her parents. She thanks them for waving rent for the summer and requests that they not to nag her for losing her job and having to work at Wally D's.
Jessie is working at Wally D's on the boardwalk on the fourth of July. The place is packed and everyone is demanding their cone of ice cream. She works the 6 pm to 3 am shift for $6.15 per hour plus tips. On the 11th, Jessie is reading People magazine on the day shift, something she obtained for being so good with the customers, when Len walks up to her. He says he knows she knows about Manda and they talk for a little while. One of Jessie's co-workers tells her that a guy keeps coming in looking for after this. It turns out to be Len, who finally figures out...
