December 31, 2004 Summary

Jess writes a letter to Marcus regarding the final message that he wishes their love was right. Jessica returns to her dorm on campus. She runs into a couple of other people that live in her dorm that have returned to school early—before winter break ends. One of the girls is Kazuko, who is the girl that told Jess and Dexy that William was dead while they were waiting on the sidewalk outside of the dorm. Another guy is Kieran, who says he was supposed to go skiing with his girlfriend, but that they broke up and he's still heartbroken over it. A third person is a guy named Josh, who they call ALF because they swear he landed from another planet. Tanu is another girl that is staying at the dorm.
