Summary

In Chapter 25: “Archangel Ruined,” Lucie awakens and must explain to Grace, who hit her, that she wanted to prevent Jesse being awakened because he is possessed by Belial. Meanwhile, Cordelia and James are in awe at the sight of Lilith, and Cordelia realizes she swore fealty not to Wayland the Smith but to Lilith, the dangerous Angel, who took his form and tricked her. Lilith commands Cordelia to kill Belial, and so she moves to do so until Lucie appears and throws herself in front of him, protecting Jesse’s body but Belial within as well. Cordelia struggles to resist Lilith’s command and Belial and James team up to kill Lilith using the revolver. When the chaos ends, Belial is alive and thinks he cannot be hurt since Lucie will not allow it. Instead, Lucie commands Jesse to cast...
