Summary

In a solitary confinement cell, a man named Simon Craft is visited and mocked by an Officer Lawrence. He has been placed in solitary for murdering a man in self-defense and has slowly begun to lose his mind. Lawrence tells Simon that his isolation is for his own safety, since he has been incarcerated for rape.

Mari attends the first meeting of the Coalition to End Neo-Slavery since Tracy Lasser’s protest against CAPE. Kai, the unofficial leader of the organization, is organizing a protest outside Old Taperville, Tracy and Staxxx’s hometown, where the next battles are set to occur. Kai shows the room a video that Tracy has made calling for said protests, and the Coalition votes to participate in the protests alongside Tracy’s group.
