The Camper
The frogs and Flippy live in a camper near a pond. The camper seems to be a normal camper from the outside, but there are dozens of rooms and even staircases inside. The interior of the camper is the basic overall setting for most of the scenes of this novel. There are several specific rooms that serve as settings.
Outside
The camper is located near a pond, and the area outside the camper is where the frogs spend some of their time. For example, they have school on logs near the pond. They also spend a day playing outside in the snow. There are no other buildings nearby, and the area is peaceful and beautiful. The snowy landscape outside serves as a setting for the Hacker Brothers to create their comic book about Chubbs McSpiderbutt.
