Flaca
Flaca is one of the original five women who visit Cabo Polonio, and acts as the unofficial leader of the group. Prior to the trip, Flaca had been in a passionate relationship with Romina, a relationship that ended but then evolved into a profound sisterhood. At the time of the initial trip, Flaca is in a passionate relationship with Anita, which eventually ends when Anita goes to Ariella Ocampo. In contrast to each of the other members of the group of five, Flaca has a notably positive relationship with her family, and spends her time in Montevideo working in the butcher shop that her father had established. Flaca's father is also accepting and encouraging of Flaca's homosexuality, which is also an exception among the parents of the women in the group.
