The Godfather Summary
A man with many children learns he is to pick the first person who comes to him at the city gates as the next godfather. This person agrees to be godfather and gives the man a glass of water that can be used to heal dying people. The godfather instructs that if death is standing at the person's head, the water will cure them, if death is standing at the person's feet, the water will not cure them. The man becomes so famous with his water that even the king asks for the man to come and heal his sons. One day the man goes to tell the godfather about the success he has had with the water.
