Chapter 32 Summary
More accurately, Brother Timothy's eyelids opened. There are no eyes in the sockets, only a kaleidescope of little bones. Brother Timothy's body is being used as a chrysalis of some kind. Odd watches as the uberskeleton clicks, flexes, and churns, peeling away the remnants of Brother Tim. Under his tunic, something moves aggressively, and a piton pops out of the wall. Boo is already long gone. Odd pulls the door shut behind him, and doesn't bother to lock it. Although only 400 feet to the school, it seems miles away.
Chapter 32 Analysis
Odd is once again thrust into a situation over which he has no explanation or control. Brother Timothy's eyelids open, but what Odd sees beyond them have no resemblance to eyes.
