They catch up with Anita as she is closing her bookstore for the day. They say Robert sent them. She tells them the four folklore stories she knows about Jack the Ripper. When they mention the From Hell letter and the context from which Jack the Ripper was released, Anita says there is no doubt in her mind that there is a spell attached to it and that Stranahan knows what it is.

Clay, Jeremy and Elena are eating sandwiches in the park, when they smell an unmistakable stench. They realize it is another zombie and then they spot him nearby. Elena stands up saying she wants to eat in a place with tables and air conditioning as a lure to get the zombie to follow them.
