Routine Summary

Jeremy and Clay go to the door of Shanahan's house, while Elena remains around the corner eavesdropping. They insinuate that they are Cabals, policemen of the supernatural world. Patrick Shanahan is a sorcerer so he picks up in the inference and lets them in the house when they mention the letter and the strange occurrences around town.

Shanahan says that he would never own a letter with a portal because his magical abilities are limited. Elena can tell he is lying. When Jeremy and Clay reunite with Elena, they think he is lying too. They plan to return later that night to catch Shanahan off guard.

Robert leaves a message that he found a similar case. He says that the zombies weren't stashed in the portal, but instead were used to create the portal.
