Ripper Summary

Elena meets Xavier in the park. While Xavier is talking bad about Clay, Clay walks up behind Xavier. Xavier uses his power to teleport to get away from Clay and move to another area of the park. Eventually, the three sit down to talk.

Xavier tells them he needs them to steal the From Hell letter, which is a letter from Jack the Ripper, that reveals his true identity. It is owned by an investment banker, Patrick Shanahan, but the letter has a box with a spell on it. The spell won't allow anything human near it, which is why Xavier needs Elena to steal it. Xavier is going to sell the letter to someone who wants to test it for DNA and turn it into a book, and possibly a movie, deal. In return, he'll tell them where to find Hargrave.
