Summary

Mick “Scorcher” Kennedy was good at his job. He had nearly the highest solve rate in the Dublin Murder Squad, and he always took the hardest cases. That morning, when Superintendent O’Kelly approached him, he knew it would be a big one. A family in the new housing development Ocean View in coastal Brianstown had been murdered in the night.
